FAQ

Questions a skeptical MSP owner should ask

Short answers here, with a full page for each question. Anything missing? Bring it to the call.

How does pricing work?

You pay per meeting held with an ICP decision-maker. There’s no retainer. The price per meeting depends on your average MRR per client, your contract length, how narrow your ICP is and how hard your market is to reach, and you get it in writing on the second call. Full answer: how pricing works.

Is this pay-per-appointment?

Yes, with a stricter bar: you pay per meeting held, not per appointment booked. A booked appointment is a calendar invite. A held meeting is one an ICP decision-maker actually joins. Full answer: pay per appointment vs retainer.

Who will we actually work with?

Jacopo Vannucci, the founder. He takes the first call and is the person you work with directly, from onboarding to the meetings on your calendar. Full answer: about Jacopo.

What exactly counts as a “meeting held”?

Three conditions, all agreed in writing before launch: the account matches the ICP, the person is a decision-maker or an agreed contact, and they actually join the scheduled meeting. No-shows aren’t billed. Full answer: what counts as a qualified meeting.

How do we define our ICP together?

In onboarding, starting from your best current clients: industry, headcount, locations, distance from your office, what they had before you and who signed. Then we add disqualifiers, and you sign off on the final document. Full answer.

How do you reach small business owners?

By email, from lists built from the kinds of businesses you already serve, pulled from local listings in your service area, filtered by size and checked by hand. We write to the owner or decision-maker, not to a generic inbox. Full answer.

What size of client do you book meetings with?

The size you set in the ICP, often somewhere around 20 to 200 employees. You decide the floor and the ceiling, and a business below your floor isn’t billable. Full answer.

Do you work with competing MSPs in my area?

No, Levante Leads works with one MSP per service area, agreed in writing before launch. Full answer.

Will this burn our domain?

No, Levante Leads never sends from your primary domain. Campaigns run on separate sending domains and inboxes, warmed before launch, with volume capped per inbox and deliverability monitored. Full answer.

Who writes the messaging, and do we get to approve it?

We write it, in your prospects’ language, and you approve every sequence before it goes live. Full answer.

How soon will we see our first meetings?

After at least 2 weeks of warmup on the new sending domains. After that, usually within days. Full answer.

Are we locked in? What do we keep if we stop?

There’s no retainer, so there’s no monthly fee to be locked into. Every term is in writing before you sign, including how it ends and who keeps the domains, lists, ICP document and messaging. Full answer.
