Who we are
This website (levanteleads.com) is operated by Levante Leads, run by Jacopo Vannucci (“we,” “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us about anything in this policy at jacopo@levanteleads.com.
What this website collects
This site has no contact forms, analytics or advertising pixels, and it sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are served from our own domain, so browsing the site does not send your data to font providers.
As with any website, our hosting provider, Vercel Inc. (USA), automatically processes technical data needed to deliver pages securely (for example, IP address, browser type, requested page and time of the request) in server logs, on our behalf. This data may be transferred to the US under the safeguards in Vercel's data processing addendum. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are kept only as long as the hosting provider needs them for security and operations.
Booking a call (Calendly)
We use Calendly to schedule calls. The booking calendar at the bottom of our homepage is provided by Calendly and loads from Calendly’s servers in the background as soon as you open the homepage, so it is ready when you reach it. Direct links to Calendly open calendly.com. When you book, Calendly processes the details you enter (typically your name, email address, phone number, company, website and any notes) and shares them with us so we can prepare for and hold the call.
We process this data to respond to your request and to take steps before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Calendly may set cookies when its scheduler loads, whether on calendly.com or embedded on our homepage; see Calendly's privacy notice. Calendly may process data outside the EU under the safeguards described in its own policy.
We keep booking details for as long as needed to manage the conversation and any resulting business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless we must keep them longer by law.
Video
The videos from Jacopo on this site are files hosted on the site itself, served by the same hosting provider as the rest of the page. No third-party video player loads, and the videos set no cookies.
If you email us, we use your message and contact details only to reply and to follow up on your request.
If we contacted you by email
We may email people whose role and company fit our target client profile. For this, we use your name, business email address, job title and company, which we collect from publicly available business sources. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep this data only while it is relevant to that outreach, and we delete it as soon as you ask us to.
If you don't want to hear from us, reply “unsubscribe” or email jacopo@levanteleads.com and we will stop contacting you and delete your details. You can also object to this processing at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- receive it in a portable format;
- lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
