FAQ

How soon will we see our first meetings?

After at least 2 weeks of warmup on the new sending domains. We don’t skip that step, because it protects deliverability. After that, you can usually expect to see meetings within days.

How soon will we see our first meetings?

Count from the day the sending domains are set up. Warmup takes at least 2 weeks, and it runs in parallel with onboarding, list building and messaging approval, so no time is wasted. Once the campaigns are live, the first replies usually come quickly, and the first meetings within days.

Why not skip warmup?

Because a brand-new domain that starts sending at full volume on day one lands in spam, and a domain that lands in spam books nothing. Warmup is the difference between a campaign that works for months and one that is dead in a week. It is also why we never send from your primary domain: the warmup risk stays on domains built for it. How many meetings will we get?

No number of meetings and no start date is promised up front. After seeing your ICP and your market, you get a realistic estimate, not a guarantee. And because you pay only for meetings held, a slow month doesn’t leave you paying for nothing.
