Are we locked in?
There is no retainer, so there is no monthly fee to be locked into. You pay per meeting held, and only for meetings that happen. We go through the written terms on the second call, after we have both agreed there is a fit. Nothing is signed until you have seen every term in writing, including how long it runs and how it can end.
What do we keep if we stop?
The terms say who keeps the sending domains and inboxes, the prospect lists, the signed ICP document and the approved messaging. You see that before you sign, not after. Whatever the outcome, you also keep the market feedback: which verticals replied, what the objections were, what prospects said they have today.
Why is there no retainer?
Because a retainer pays for activity, and you don’t want activity, you want a decision-maker in the room. Paying only for meetings held ties what you pay to the one thing you actually want, and puts the risk on us: if the meetings don’t happen, we don’t get paid.
