Outbound appointment setting for MSPs, paid per meeting held

Levante Leads runs outbound for managed service providers in the US: the target list, the messaging, the sending infrastructure, the replies and the booking. You bring the service and run the meetings. You pay only for meetings held with a decision-maker who matches the ICP you signed. No retainer.

What does outbound appointment setting for MSPs include?

Everything between “who should we target?” and a meeting on your calendar. The work splits into four parts, and each has its own page:

  1. ICP and target lists. We map your ideal client from your best current clients, write down the disqualifiers, and build lists of the same kinds of businesses in your service area, checked by hand, with the owner or decision-maker as the contact.
  2. Cold email messaging. We write in the words business owners already use (downtime, backups, cyber insurance, who to call when something breaks), and you approve every sequence before it goes live.
  3. Sending domains and deliverability. Separate domains and inboxes, set up and warmed before launch, with volume capped per inbox and deliverability monitored. Nothing is ever sent from your company domain.
  4. Reply handling and meeting booking. We answer replies, qualify each lead against the written ICP, book the meeting onto your calendar with a short brief, and follow up on no-shows.

You also get market feedback along the way: objections, reply patterns and which verticals respond, so you can sharpen your offer and plan your next hire.

Is this pay-per-appointment?

Yes, with a stricter bar. Pay-per-appointment, pay-per-meeting and performance-based appointment setting all mean you pay for meetings instead of a retainer. The difference is what counts as an appointment. Here a booked calendar invite is not enough. You pay only when an ICP decision-maker actually joins the meeting with you or whoever runs your sales calls.

A meeting is billable when three things are true, all agreed in writing before launch: the business matches the ICP you signed, the person is a decision-maker or an agreed contact, and the meeting is held. No-shows are not billed. Meetings that don’t match the written criteria are not billed. Our guide to what counts as a qualified meeting covers the details, and pay per appointment vs retainer compares the models.

How does pricing work?

Per meeting held, with no retainer. The price per meeting depends on your average MRR per client, your contract length, how narrow your ICP is and how hard your market is to reach. You get the exact number in writing on the second call, once we have seen your numbers and before you commit to anything. More on how pricing works.

How does it compare with a retainer agency or an in-house rep?

An in-house rep costs salary, tools and data whether meetings happen or not, and a retainer agency charges a monthly fee for the activity. Levante Leads charges only for meetings held with a decision-maker who matches your ICP, so the risk of a month with no meetings sits with the agency, not with you.

What does the client do?

Four things: take the intro call, go through onboarding with Jacopo, approve the messaging, and show up to run the meetings. Everything else is on us. If you have a salesperson, they can take the meetings instead of you.

How does it start?

With a 30-minute call with Jacopo Vannucci, the founder. You cover your current clients, average MRR per client, the verticals you serve, your MRR target and what you have already tried, and you get a straight answer on whether outbound fits. If there is a clear fit, a second call covers the ICP criteria, what counts as a meeting held, pricing and terms. The full sequence is on the how it works page.

Which MSPs is outbound appointment setting for?

Independent US MSPs that sell managed IT on recurring contracts, priced per user, per device or per site, already have clients, can onboard more without hurting service, and grow mostly by referral with no real outbound in place. Someone on your side has to be able to take the meetings.

When is Levante Leads not a fit?

Levante Leads is not a fit for break-fix or hourly shops, MSPs with no recurring clients yet, anyone who wants meeting volume at any cost, or anyone who wants outreach sent from their primary domain. In those cases a pay-per-meeting-held agency either can’t find enough qualified meetings or can’t work the way you want, and the first call will say so.

Who will an MSP work with at Levante Leads?

Jacopo Vannucci, the founder. He runs the first call himself and stays your contact through onboarding, launch and every meeting on your calendar. We work with one MSP per service area, so we never run outbound for a competitor targeting the same businesses you do.

How can you check Levante Leads independently?

Through public profiles that don’t depend on this website:

On the first call you talk to Jacopo directly, and every term is in writing before you sign anything.
