FAQ

Will this burn our domain? A past agency burned ours.

No. We never send from your primary domain. Campaigns run on separate sending domains and inboxes that we set up and warm before launch, so your company email, your inbound deliverability and your client communication stay untouched.

Will this burn our domain?

No, outbound with Levante Leads can’t burn your company domain. Every campaign runs on separate sending domains and dedicated inboxes, registered and warmed for this purpose. Sending volume is capped per inbox and deliverability is monitored throughout. If a sending domain ever picks up a bad reputation, it is paused and replaced, and your primary domain is not involved at any point.

What went wrong with the last agency?

Usually one of three things: they sent from your primary domain, they skipped or rushed warmup, or they sent too much volume per inbox to too broad a list. Each of those is a choice, and each is avoidable. Our setup is built around not making them. The details are on the sending domains and deliverability page.

The rules a sending setup has to meet are public. Google’s Email sender guidelines and Microsoft’s requirements for high-volume senders to Outlook ask for SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication and a low spam rate. The FTC’s CAN-SPAM Act compliance guide sets the legal basics, like a working opt-out and a physical postal address.

Do we need to change anything on our side?

No, nothing changes on your side. You don’t touch your DNS, your mail server or your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant. Everything happens on the separate domains, which we set up and manage.

What if we want outreach sent from our own domain?

Then we are not the right fit, and we say so on the first call. Sending cold outreach from the domain you use for clients is the one thing we won’t do.
