  2. Click “Yes”

    In Gmail it’s Yes. In Outlook and Apple Calendar, it’s Accept. It tells Jacopo you’ll be there. He reviews your business before the call.

  3. Write your numbers down now

    Your ARR target, ACV and sales cycle. Rough numbers are fine, or run them through the pipeline math first. Then the 30 minutes go to a straight answer on whether outbound fits.
