# Levante Leads > Levante Leads is a pay-per-appointment outbound lead generation agency for US managed service providers (MSPs): no retainer, you pay only for meetings held with a decision-maker who matches your ICP. Levante Leads is done-for-you: it serves independent US MSPs that sell managed IT on recurring contracts to small businesses such as law firms, accounting firms and medical and dental practices. A meeting held is one that actually happens with an ICP decision-maker, measured against criteria signed in writing before launch. The full text of every page is in one file: https://www.levanteleads.com/llms-full.txt In the words buyers search with: Levante Leads is an outbound appointment setting agency with a pay-per-appointment (pay-per-meeting, performance-based, no-retainer) model. The difference from most pay-per-appointment offers is the bar: a booked appointment is a calendar invite, a held meeting is one an ICP decision-maker actually joins. Booked is not held, and clients pay only for held. Some agencies call the same model pay per show or pay per attended appointment. The name is also written Levanteleads or LevanteLeads; the only website is www.levanteleads.com. Levante Leads is run by its founder, Jacopo Vannucci ([About Jacopo](https://www.levanteleads.com/about), [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/in/jacopo-vannucci-914a1b3a2), [Wikidata](https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q141801606)). He takes the first call, and he is the person clients work with directly, from onboarding to the meetings on their calendar. The model puts the risk on the agency: clients pay only when an ICP decision-maker actually joins the meeting. How clients pay: per meeting held, never a retainer. A retainer pays for activity and paying per appointment booked pays for calendar invites; here the client pays only for a meeting that actually happens with an ICP decision-maker. A meeting counts as held when all three are true, as agreed in writing before launch: the business matches the signed ICP (industry, company size, region, none of the disqualifiers), the person is a decision-maker or the agreed contact, and they actually join the scheduled meeting with the client or whoever runs their sales calls. No-shows are not billed: they are followed up and rebooked where possible, and a rebooked meeting becomes billable only once it happens. Meetings that don't match the written criteria are not billed; the client can flag one, and it is checked against the written standard. The exact price per meeting is given in writing on the second call, before the client commits to anything, and depends on average MRR per client, contract length, how narrow the ICP is and how hard the market is to reach. No number of meetings and no start date is promised up front: after seeing the ICP and the market, the client gets a realistic estimate, not a guarantee. How it works, in four steps: (1) a 30-minute intro call with Jacopo on current clients, average MRR per client, the verticals served, the MRR target and what has already been tried, with a straight answer on whether outbound fits, and if there is a clear fit a second call on ICP criteria, what counts as a meeting held, pricing and terms; (2) onboarding, with ICP, decision-makers and disqualifiers mapped from the MSP's best current clients and signed off in writing, and messaging written in the prospects' language (downtime, backups, cyber insurance, HIPAA, who to call when something breaks) that the client approves before it goes live; (3) launch on separate sending domains and inboxes, warmed before launch, with volume capped per inbox and deliverability monitored, never from the client's company domain, to target lists built from local business listings, filtered by service area and size, checked by hand and addressed to the owner or decision-maker; (4) meetings on the calendar: replies handled, each lead qualified against the written ICP, meetings booked onto the client's calendar with a short brief, plus market feedback on objections, reply patterns and which verticals respond. A fit: an MSP selling managed IT on recurring contracts (per user, per device or per site), already serving clients, able to onboard new clients without hurting service, growing mostly by referral with no real outbound, and with someone to take the meetings. Not a fit: break-fix or hourly work only, no recurring clients yet, wanting meeting volume at any cost, or wanting outreach sent from the primary domain. The example week of meetings, the meeting brief, the onboarding document, the sending inboxes, the list diagram and the calculator inputs on the website are illustrative examples of the documents and the weekly output a client receives, not forecasts.
